Holidays

In addition to your 23 days annual leave, you’ll get your birthday off to celebrate as well. Your annual leave entitlement will also increase by one day per year of service (up to 5 years). Of course, you’ll get to enjoy all the UK bank holidays off too!

Primary and Secondary Caregiver Scheme

We are proud to offer an industry-leading Primary and Secondary Caregiver Leave Scheme (often referred to as Maternity/ Paternity). The scheme offers up to 6 months full paid leave for a primary caregiver and up to 4 weeks full paid leave for secondary caregivers.

Flexibility

At Amber, we’re happy to offer flexible, hybrid-working to all our team members. This means you won’t need to use your holidays to attend any doctor appointments, for example, and you’re given the choice of whether to work at home, in the office, or a mix of the two!

Looking after you

Private Medical Care

As an employee of Amber, your health and well-being are always our priority. You will have full access to private medical care for yourself, and you’ll have the opportunity to add on additional family members at an extra cost.

Death in Service

Of course, we hope it isn’t required but for peace of mind we do offer Death in Service at 4x your annual salary.

Group Income Protection

We also provide Group Income Protection for that extra piece of mind should you be unable to work due to an injury or illness.

We offer a cycle-to-work scheme, which allows our people to spread the costs of obtaining a bike in a tax efficient way. Once complete, you’ll be saving the planet on your commute! We also offer an electric vehicle salary sacrifice scheme – a valuable benefit enabling you to get a zero-emission car in return for sacrificing an agreed amount from your salary.

We have a number of key events throughout the year and hold our Extravaganza days at our office once a quarter.
