Amber’s Resident Billing Solution, Community Utilities, has welcomed two new senior members of staff: Head of Resident Experience, Pippa Harris, and Head of Operations, Lara Harkins. They will both play pivotal roles alongside General Manager, Samantha Miles, in improving the resident experience.
Since joining Community Utilities in February this year, Samantha has led in managing and growing Amber’s Resident Billing solution, and, through the onboarding of two new head of departments, the solution will only go from strength to strength.
Pippa joins Amber with a wealth of experience in utilities, with previous roles at both British Gas and npower, managing outsource partners, and ensuring customers are provided with a quality service. She’s also worked as Customer Service Delivery Director for Agilisys, as well as occupying roles in logistics, the third sector, and in central and local governments.
On appointment of her new role, Pippa said: “Joining the team is a fantastic challenge and an opportunity to further support the transformation of Community Utilities, providing best in class customer service to residents and clients.”
They will both work with Samantha to strengthen the foundations of the billing solution, to provide quality products and services to residents and clients, whilst working towards achieving Net Zero goals.
